After looking at them, I was like WHOA! Didn't even recognize myself.
I've decided to get focused and stay on the right path to weight loss. On Sunday I started the Jillian Michaels' (Biggest Loser) exercise work out routine. Let me tell you, for a person who jogs from time to time, this exercising routine nearly killed me! It was only 30 minutes, however, it felt like 90!
Monday I did a 20 minute Pilates work out...not bad at all. And today I went back to do the Jillian Michaels' routine all over again. This time, it wasn't as bad.
I've also changed my eating habits. See I'm a Godiva and Baskin Robbins girl, but I haven't had ice cream in about a month and a Godiva drink in about a week.
My calories have been reduced to only 1200 per day. So far, I'm doing pretty well. Like I said...I'm going to stay focused.

Wow!!! 1200!!!!
I've tried the not eating after 7 rule and it worked. I lost about 20 lbs in about ~4 months. I didn't work out and I still had dessert every day.
If I worked out I probably would have lost more weight, and then would have been able to put on muscle weight.
