Just a simple, easy meal:
Baked, Herb Chicken & Garlic Asparagus
The chicken was easy. I had taken a whole chicken, added poultry seasoning, fresh thyme, fresh parsley, and other herbs then put into the oven for an hour and a half.
While the chicken was baking, I had taken a bunch of asparagus; cut and washed; 1 1/2 teaspoon of unsalted butter, 1 garlic clove, and 1 cut shallot added into one big pan and cooked on med-high heat for about 7 minutes.
There you go! Dinner!
Very easy meal.
