Outfit and Dinner

H&M Turtleneck & Tights : Papaya Vest : Old Navy Skirt

Day: Tuesday, February 8, 2011

Today I feel: Today was actually a pretty broken day. Work was hectic, and I had so much to do after work, that my afternoon/night was even more chaotic. With me going to the grocery store, the post office, coming home to cook and work out....whew!

Again it was another day in which I really didn't feel like looking for something to wear (when I woke up this morning), so I chose whatever was simple and easy. I just wasn't feeling the day at all.

Most memorable thing that occurred today: Honestly-- nothing. I can't think of one thing that happened today which I would consider to be so memorable. It was a regular, busy day. Nothing was out of the ordinary.

Best part of my day: Well I decided to cook something different for dinner. I made stuffed herb pesto & mozzarella chicken (see below). It was pretty good and the look & smile on my daughter's face while eating it... it always makes me feel good when I see enjoyment on my girl's face.

Something I am looking forward to tomorrow: More sunshine....and a much less chaotic day.

I really love your skirt! I couldn't belive you got it at Old Navy! I had pretty much written them off due to a pair of jeans that with one wash tore at both back pockets, but you have me rethinking!

Hi Corie,

Thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving me a nice comment :)

You have wonderful taste, both in fashion and food! Awesome combination I would say! I love everything about this outfit - the pattern of the skirt, the simple turtleneck, the boots, and I've been on the prowl for that furry vest!

If I wore dresses or skirts, this would be right up my lane. You look fab! You always do :)

The pesto chicken looks like it would be great on ciabatta bread for a sammie.

Oh I MUST try that chicken recipe. It looks DELISH!

Love this outfit. You just reminded me of my faux fur vest. I am enjoying the 30 for 30 challenge, but there a few pieces in my closet that I miss. Lol!
