I'm sure we've all heard that horizontal stripes make you look wider and vertical stripes make you look thinner. I really don't give a rats a$$ -- as long as I'm confident & I feel good in wearing horizontal stripes...who cares what anyone says.

I know that's right. I have a horizontal stripped maxi that I am wearing next Saturday for my first event in Dubai. I am not thinking about "old rules".

To be perfectly honest, I didn't even know there was a horizontal/vertical stripe rule. I personally like both on me and you look great in them. I love that you wore these colors with the pop of neon shoes! Cute!

Agreed! I adore stripes and I am a curvy girl! I would rock this dress so many ways...black and white stripes are classic...love the neon flats too!
